Hi,Myself Maninder I m diabetic type 2 since 2005 & taking Jardiamet metafrmn 1000 with empflzn 5, I lost 35kg(105 to 70kg) till date, nvr in control due to some personal life issues skipped medicine for mnths could u suggest me any Ayurvedic medicine to replace this allopathic med & yes will use continuously. Thank you 🙏
