Start with Kanchanar guggul 2-0-2 after food with water will help balance thyroid hormones and also reduce fat cells. Brisk walking atleast 30 minutes daily. Skip one meal either breakfast or lunch and dinner have early and light dinner consisting of soup salad vegetable. Drink warm water through out the day Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water will help improve metabolism. Punarnava mandur 1-0-1 after food with water will help reduce anaemia. Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water will help in stress Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily Light massage on head with Brahmi oil. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily.
