Confusion Over Dosha Diagnosis and Nutritional Advice - #51262

What do I do and what advice do I follow if two different Ayurvedic practioners told me I was a different dosha! One told me I was pitta and the other told me I was Vata and I’m confused. One told me I needed cooling to reduce pitta heat and the other warm and sweet and grounding as my vata was off the charts. As I’m not aware what nutrients Ayurvedic herbs include I’m wondering if best to take vitamin c etc as a supplement or if there are enough nutrients like this within the powders. Just so confused
