I've lost 34 lb and still have issues with my blood sugar which on a 60-day average is about 150 to 160 and my blood pressure ranges are also about 150 over 85 how can I lower these naturally I'm taking herbal teas such as hibiscus Hawthorn leaves

I eat less than 700 calories a day and under 50 carbs a day. I have herbal teas that I use everyday or just almost everyday first one is hibiscus flowers, Hawthorne leaves, lemon balm, stinging nettle, calendula flower, dried rosemary, tulsi which is a blend of three different ones, bilberry tea and blueberry extract, burdock root, ginger powder and root and turmeric powder and root, 100% cacao chocolate unsweetened, I have an occasional green juice made from kale spinach arugula celery, I have boiled chicken, turkey from a whole turkey, hamburgers made from chop meat, steak stewed every now and then in a crock pot, occasionally I have parsley and cilantro juice I boil them in hot water and then drink the water, I take supplements vitamin D with K2 I take magnesium glycinate and B100 complex and a thousand micrograms of chromium picolinate, they take 100 mg of niacin nicotinamide, I take 600 mg of NAC, I take a calcium magnesium and zinc supplement, and vitamin E 200 ius. I’m on several medications one is Mounjaro for 5 months now since nov 2025 now march 30 2026, clonidine 0.2mg 4 xs a day, Duloxetine 30mg I just started 2 days ago, clonazapam as needed, and 2.5 mg olanzapine… if I don’t eat at all nothing I could drop my blood sugar down into the high 90s but If i eat almost anything especially when I’m drinking ginger powder mixed in water with lemon and apple cider vinegar it just seems to go higher almost like the ginger is causing my sugar to go higher and I can’t understand my blood blood sugar can go up to 180… I just thought that ginger powder and ginger root should be healthy and the apple cider vinegar would keep my sugar low along with the ginger root and powder Another herb that I’m taking is butterfly pea flower which I don’t use a lot and I don’t use calendula flower a lot and I do eat extra organic coconut oil and a tablespoon of olive oil on most days and I use cayenne pepper black pepper with the turmeric and various spices oregano cilantro leaves but I don’t use that a lot I eat low-fat cottage cheese mixed with turmeric and cayenne pepper black pepper I have a tablespoon of sauerkraut at least three times a week I have 100% cacao chocolate unsweetened I eat about an avocado or a half a avocado every day I have lemons limes in ginger powder mixed with water and drink throughout the day I also have unsweetened almond milk and cantaloupe I also have some mozzarella cheese and mild cheddar cheese I have some jar pickle slices that is about all I can think of or I also have beet root powder occasionally Maybe once or twice a week. I also take gotu kola and ashwagandha powder… a half a teaspoon of each in tea I also have cinnamon powder mixed in with my cottage cheese and I can’t understand with all these why I can’t keep my blood sugar around 100 and my blood pressure you know 120 over 80 thank you for your help
