Oils / Massage Kumkumadi taila – massage gently on affected areas daily. Coconut oil + Vitamin E can also help. Herbs / Internal Use Take Triphala churna ½ tsp at night for gentle skin detox and digestion. Eat foods rich in protein, ghee, nuts, sesame seeds to nourish skin. Lifestyle Avoid rapid weight gain/loss. Stay hydrated – drink warm water throughout the day. Gentle exercise to improve skin elasticity.

Stretch marks are due to imbalance of vata and Pitta dosa leading to the loss of elasticity and moisture So our primary goal is to pacify the vata and addressing the dryness and Pitta 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Narasimha Rasayanam: Dose: 1 teaspoon twice daily with warm milk or water on an empty stomach. Benefit: Acts as a powerful Rasayana (rejuvenator) that Improves skin texture and aids in healthy weight gain. 2) Sariva Adhyasava: Dose: 15-20 ml mixed with an equal amount of water, twice daily after meals. Benefit: Purifies the blood and improves skin complexion. 3) Kumkumadi Tallam: Application: Apply a few drops to the affected area. Method: Massage gently in a circular motion for 5-10 minutes before bathing. OR Nalpamaradi Thailam: Benefit: Excellent for lightening marks and repairing skin damage. Application: Apply daily; leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water. Include ghee in your daily diet continue drinking plenty of water but ensure it is lukewarm
