For schizophrenia issue now start with
Saraswatarishtam 5 ml with 10 ml of water after food twice a day
Brahmi cap 1-0-1 after food
Chavanprash avalehyam 1 tsp twice a day after food
By taking these medicines their mental status will be improved to some extent and then consult a near by panchakarma centre for shirodhara procedures etc

Chiari malformation symptoms primarily involve neurological and structural issues,
Ayurvedic treatment since is on rules tube will be difficult to administer, but we can give supportive treatment
Massage full body  with warm medicated oils like Narayana Taila or Bala Taila
Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily.
Brahmi churan 1/4tsp once with honey
Ashwagandha powder 1/4 tsp at bedtime with milk and honey.

-Rx (AIMIL products):
1) Mentat Syrup
5 ml twice daily after food
2)  Neurocare / Brain tonic
5 ml twice daily after meal
3) Ashwagandha capsules
1 capsule twice daily
----Advice:
Continue/Restart psychiatric medicines
Proper sleep & nutrition
Avoid stopping medicines suddenly
