Your pattern is clear: vata–kapha prakriti with a tendency for mandagni (weak/irregular digestion) kapha symptoms (cold, allergy, mucus) and sometimes pitta flare (acidity, especially around periods) So the treatment should be agni deepan (improving digestion) + kapha control + gentle pitta balance — not strong detox. what is happening in your body vata → irregular digestion, bloating kapha → mucus, cold, heaviness when agni becomes unstable → food not digested → turns into ama this ama + kapha → allergy, cold and when pitta rises → acidity/reflux 👉 so root cause = weak digestion + ama formation what to do (daily routine – most important) before meals (very important) chew: small piece of ginger + pinch of rock salt 👉 this alone can change your digestion significantly meals always eat warm, freshly cooked food best foods: moong dal khichdi lauki, tori, carrot, pumpkin rice + ghee avoid: curd at night cold food, fridge food heavy bakery items
