I have 9.7 uric acid problem. I need to cure this problem. And thiroid problem also. Please helpme . Tsh4 9.6

your condition is due to imbalance of Vata Dosha and Kapha Dosha, along with accumulation of Ama in the body. —High uric acid is related to Ama deposition in joints, causing pain and swelling, while thyroid imbalance is due to weak Agni, leading to low energy and weight changes. – Treatment focuses on: Improving digestion (Agni) Removing toxins (Ama) Balancing Vata and Kapha –With proper diet, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic medicines, the condition can be well managed and gradually improved. -Medicines 1) Aimil Neeri – 2 tab BD after food 2) Baidyanath Amvatari Ras – 1 tab bd after food 3) Aimil Amroid – 2 tab BD empty stomach 4) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab BD after food 5) ashwagandhadi lehyam 1 tsf with milk at night ---- Advice Light diet, avoid high purine foods Plenty warm water Daily walk + yoga — Review: 4 weeks

Avoid food high in purines. milk is a purine free food and can be safely consumed. on the other hand, fermented milk products such as yoghurt, buttermilk and aged cheeses have purines and hence should be avoided. Restrict meat,fish lose weight if overweight exercise regularly drink 8-10 glasses of water a day eat plenty of fruits and vegetables Have more starchy foods like rice, bread, noodles etc. medicine for uric acid ; 1. kokilaksham kashayam - 15ml +60ml lukewarm water evening befoe food 2. kaishora gulgulu gulika 1-0-1 a/f for thyroid ; * avoid citrus products, pungent, sour food items * avoid vata pithahara ahara viharas. old ghee,barley good MEDICINE 1. Drakshadi kashayam - 15ml + 60ml lukewarm water morning before food 2. mahathikthakam ghrtam - 10ml with milk at bed time
