I have constant dizziness problem for last few years.Kindly recommend something for this problem.I have taken vertin and other tablets without any improvement.My dizziness increases if i take aswagandha tablet.

The fact that Ashwagandha worsens symptoms indicates your body may not tolerate heavy, heating tonics right now. Rx 1. Correct digestion first (Agni deepan) Take jeera + ajwain + saunf water (boiled, warm) twice daily Before meals: small piece of ginger + pinch of rock salt 2. Reduce Vata & clear channels Daily abhyanga (oil massage) with warm sesame oil, especially head and feet Gentle nasya: 2 drops warm cow ghee in each nostril (morning) 3. Herbal support Brahmi or Shankhpushpi syrup – improves brain stability & dizziness Guduchi (Giloy) – for detox + balance Amalaki – supports energy and Pitta balance 4. Diet Prefer warm, light, easily digestible food Avoid: cold food, fasting, excess tea/coffee, heavy/oily meals Include: moong dal, rice, ghee, cooked vegetables 5. Lifestyle Adequate sleep, avoid stress triggers Practice Anulom Vilom pranayama daily (very helpful)
