Ayurvedic perspective se, weight gain (Sthaulya) sharer mein Kapha aur Medas (fat tissue) ke badhne se hota hai. ​ ​Weight loss ka result usually 2 se 3 months mein dikhna shuru hota hai. Agar aap healthy diet aur exercise follow karte hain, toh safe limit 2-4 kg per month hoti hai. ​ ​Agar aap sirf medicine pe depend karte hain aur lifestyle nahi badalte, toh medicine band karne ke baad weight wapas aa sakta hai. Ayurveda ka goal “root cause” ko theek karna hai, isliye Pathya (diet control) zaroori hai taaki result permanent rahe. ​ ​85 kg weight ke liye aap niche di gayi medicines follow kar sakte hain : 1. ​Liposem Tablets: Yeh metabolism boost karne aur fat burn karne ke liye best hai. Dose: 2 tablets din mein do baar, khane se pehle. 2. ​Varanadi Kwath: Yeh sharer mein excess fluid aur fat ko kam karta hai. Dose: 15ml decoction ko 60ml gungune paani (lukewarm water) ke saath mix karke subah khali pet aur shaam ko khane se pehle lein. 3. ​Triphala Guggulu: Yeh toxins (Ama) ko remove karta hai aur digestion sudharta hai. Overweight is mainly due to kapha+meda vriddhi with slow metabolism (manda agni). Your Main issue is low activity+ No proper diet follow. RX- Medohar gugglu 2 tablets twice daily after meal With warm water. Trikatu churna 1/2 tsp before meals with honey. Dashmool churna with triphala kwath 20 ml empty stomach in morning. Advice:- ✔️ Take: Warm water whole day Barley (yava), millet, moong dal Light, home-cooked food ❌ Avoid: Sugar, bakery, fried food Cold drinks, curd at night Heavy dinner 👉 Simple rule: Eat 70% of your hunger Lifestyle 🧬 Exercise (minimum): Brisk walking 30–40 min daily after meal. Best: Add Surya Namaskar (5–12 rounds daily) at early morning with yoga anulom vilom. Avoid day sleep (divaswapna) From this medicines and lifestyle changes expected results will see in 2 months. And without diet and exercise results will come very slow , only medicine taken is not sufficient. 👉 After medicine stop if lifestyle pr diet not corrected than weight regain.
