Hello, Weight loss ek journey hai, koi magic button nahi. Aapka weight 85 kg hai, toh target hamesha realistic hona chahiye. ​ ​Normal healthy weight loss 1 se 2 kg per month hota hai. Agar aap 5-10 kg kam karna chahte hain, toh kam se kam 3 se 6 months ka patience chahiye. ​ ​Agar aap sirf medicine pe depend karenge aur lifestyle nahi badlenge, toh medicine band karte hi weight wapas badh sakta hai (Rebound weight gain). Ayurveda ka focus root cause (Agni/Metabolism) theek karne par hota hai, taaki weight maintain rahe. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​Ayurveda mein ‘Medohar’ (fat burning) medicines kaam aati hain. Aap ye combination try kar sakte hain: 1. ​Varanadi Kwath (Tablet): Ye metabolism boost karti hai. ​Dose: 2 tablets din mein do baar, khane se 30 minute pehle halkey garam paani ke saath. 2. ​Liposem Tablets: Ye cholesterol aur excess fat ko control karne mein help karti hai. ​Dose: 1 se 2 tablets din mein do baar khane ke baad. 3. ​Triphala Gulgulu: Ye body ko detox karti hai aur fat tissues (Meda Dhatu) par kaam karti hai. ​Dose: 2 tablets raat ko sote waqt garam paani ke saath. ​ ​Din bhar sirf halka garam paani peeyein. ​ Suraj dhalne ke aas-paas (7 PM tak) light dinner kar lein. ​ Roz 30 mins ki brisk walking ya Yoga zaruri hai.

Since, your weight is 85 kg and you have already taken medication can you please tell me what sort of treatment plan you have taken? In Ayurveda, Overweight is mainly due to kapha+meda vriddhi with slow metabolism (manda agni). Your Main issue is low activity+ No proper diet follow. RX- Medohar gugglu 2 tablets twice daily after meal With warm water. Trikatu churna 1/2 tsp before meals with honey. Dashmool churna with triphala kwath 20 ml empty stomach in morning. Advice:- ✔️ Take: Warm water whole day Barley (yava), millet, moong dal Light, home-cooked food ❌ Avoid: Sugar, bakery, fried food Cold drinks, curd at night Heavy dinner 👉 Simple rule: Eat 70% of your hunger Lifestyle 🧬 Exercise (minimum): Brisk walking 30–40 min daily after meal. Best: Add Surya Namaskar (5–12 rounds daily) at early morning with yoga anulom vilom. Avoid day sleep (divaswapna) From this medicines and lifestyle changes expected results will see in 2 months. And without diet and exercise results will come very slow , only medicine taken is not sufficient. 👉 After medicine stop if lifestyle pr diet not corrected than weight regain.
