This can cause low energy, excess heat (head warmth, sweating), acne, and skin pigmentation changes, especially around hormonal periods. —Dx Pitta-Vata prakopa with stress-induced acne, fatigue, and hyperhidrosis –Rx: 1) Aimil Livsmart Syrup 10 ml twice daily after food 2) Aimil Aloe Vera Juice 15– ml twice daily (with water) 3) Aimil Brahmi Syrup 10 ml at night 4) Karela Jamun Juice (if sugar cravings/skin flare) 15 ml once daily before food ----External advice: -Neem-based face wash twice daily -Aloe vera gel application at night on acne/pigmentation -Sunscreen daytime mandatory ----Pathya (do’s): Coconut water, cucumber, fruits Early sleep, pranayama (Anulom Vilom / Sheetali) ----Apathya (don’ts): Smoking, spicy/oily food, late nights, stress
