Aapke symptoms (pachan problem, hair fall, dry skin, fatigue, headache) ke hisaab se Vata-Pitta imbalance + Agni (digestion fire) weak hone ki taraf sanket karte hain. Stress aur poor sleep isko aur badha rahe hain. 1. Agni sudharne ke liye (Digestion) Subah khali pet 1 glass garam pani + thoda jeera ubal kar piyen Khane ke baad ½ chamach ajwain + kala namak Heavy, oily, junk food avoid karein 2. Hair fall & Dry skin Raat ko 1 chamach ghee ya badam oil dudh ke sath lein Week me 2–3 baar nariyal tel + thoda castor oil se head massage Body dryness ke liye daily til oil (sesame) abhyanga 3. Thakan & Headache Ashwagandha churna + dudh (raat ko) – energy aur stress ke liye Brahmi ya Shankhpushpi – mind calm aur headache me useful 4. Sleep improve karein Sone se 1 ghanta pehle mobile band karein Raat ko haldi wala dudh ya gunguna dudh lein 5. Lifestyle Roz 15–20 min yoga/pranayam (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) Stress control bahut zaroori hai
