Aapke symptoms (lagatar back pain, weakness, weight loss, fever, aur pet saaf na hona) mainly Vata vriddhi + Agni dushti + Dhatu kshaya ki taraf sanket karte hain.
Yani pachan weak hai, sharir ko proper poshan nahi mil raha, isliye dard + kamjori + vajan ghat raha hai.
1. Agni sudharna (Digestion improve):
Subah garam paani
Khane ke baad jeera + ajwain
Hing ka use (gas/constipation ke liye)
2. Vata shaman (Pain & weakness ke liye):
Roz til tel (sesame oil) se kamar par halka massage
Raat ko haldi wala doodh + 1 chammach ghee
Thandi cheezein, dry food avoid karein
3. Mal pravritti sudharna:
Raat ko Triphala churna (½–1 chammach) gungune paani se
Fiber-rich diet: daliya, moong khichdi, sabzi
4. Poshan & strength:
Proper rest + halka yog (bhujangasana, makarasana)
