Taking so many formulations together is not automatically safer or more effective. –It can actually: increase liver workload (important in your case since GGT is high) –With GGT 220 + fatigue, your liver is already under strain. This needs simplification, not stacking more products. –Medicines 1) Aimil Amlicure DS Syrup 10 ml twice daily after food 2) Aimil Livomyn Syrup 10 ml twice daily after food 3) Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food 4) Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food (6 weeks only) 5) tab trifla 1 tab at night with Luke warm water ---- Stop for now All other extra liver/lipid/kadha combinations (avoid overload) — Lifestyle No fried/sugar/alcohol Walk 30–40 min daily Plenty of water (2.5–3 L/day) — Review Repeat LFT + lipid + uric acid in 6weeks

Drink 2.5–3 liters of water daily to flush out urates. -For Cholesterol/TG: Avoid all fried foods, refined sugar, and bakery items (Maida). Use small amounts of cow’s ghee instead of refined vegetable oils. -For Liver: Eat “bitter” vegetables like Lauki (Bottle gourd), Tori (Ridge Gourd), and Karela (Bitter Gourd).
