What to do for loose motion, bloating, and skin problems after eating for 5 years? - #54537
Facing loose motion only once a day , bloating after eating,skin problem ,weight gain also. If i go out in hot weather it increases loose stools. If i take grahi meds like bilvadi,dadimashtaka, giloy then motion is formed but sticky.I know aam is present. What to do pls help since 5 years this problem is there.My studies r ruined 😭😭 I don't want to follow kitchari diet i want to have normal dal chawal sabji

Your pattern shows ama with grahani-type IBS (Vata–Kapha). Only grahi medicines will make stools sticky. First do ama pachana, then mild grahi. Ayurvedic plan 1. Ama pachana (15–20 days) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Hingvastak Churna – 2 g with first 2–3 bites of meals, twice daily Guduchi (Giloy) Satva – 500 mg twice daily before food 2. Then grahani support (continue 1–2 months) Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food Dadimashtaka Churna – 3 g twice daily after food 3. Bloating control Jeerakadyarishta – 15 ml + equal water after lunch & dinner Diet (no need for strict khichdi) You can take dal–chawal–sabji, but: Use moong dal, add jeera + hing Avoid curd at night, fried, bakery, excess oil Take buttermilk with roasted jeera + pinch saindhava at lunch Drink warm water, avoid cold drinks Lifestyle Avoid heat exposure, fasting, irregular meals Eat at fixed times, don’t overeat
Don’t be penic ,your digetion is very weak so that is not digest smoothly, and creat ama so that aam is increase and create trouble like skin diseas,constipation etc. Take medicine like deepan, pachan , vata anulomqn nd रक्तशोधक
