Ayurveda ke anusar, height badhne ka sambandh “Asthi Dhatu” (hadiyon) aur “Vata Dosha” ke santulan se hota hai. Sharir ko majboot banane ke liye metabolism (Agni) ka sahi hona zaroori hai.
