I have had a constant feeling of weakness and numbness throughout my body for many years now. Along with this, I have low energy levels throughout the day. I feel weakness in my whole body, especially in my feet, which makes it difficult to stand for a long time.

In Ayurveda, this condition is often related to Vata aggravation affecting the nervous system and circulation. Currently ashwagandha tablet increases my dizziness and after taking brahmi tablet i am not able to sleep easily at night.Recommend some other medicine for this.

Since Ashwagandha is increasing dizziness and Brahmi is disturbing your sleep, avoid continuing them for now. This can happen when digestion is weak or the nervous system is highly sensitive. You may tolerate gentler Ayurvedic support better, such as: Guduchi (Giloy) for gradual energy and balance Shankhpushpi in low dose for nerve calming Yashtimadhu if dryness, weakness, or fatigue are present
