If the juice is not recommended during breastfeeding, better avoid it without knowing ingredients. At 1.5 years breastfeeding still matters.
For safe Ayurvedic support during breastfeeding:
Shatavari Kalpa
1–2 tsp with milk once daily.
Jeerakadyarishta
15 ml + equal water after meals twice daily if digestion weak.
Drink warm water and avoid unknown herbal detox/weight-loss juices while breastfeeding.
