आयुर्वेद के अनुसार आपके लक्षण वात दोष के असंतुलन के कारण हो सकते हैं, जिसमें नसों का दर्द, एड़ी और घुटनों का दर्द, तथा शरीर में सूखापन/कमज़ोरी जैसी समस्या होती है। साथ में पाचन या धातु (पोषक तत्वों) की कमी और कभी-कभी रक्त/त्वचा दोष के कारण स्किन एलर्जी बढ़ सकती है। -----Rx: 1) Yograj Guggulu – 1 tab BD after food (warm water) 2) Ashwagandha lehyam– 1 tsf at bed time with milk 3) Triphala tab – 1 tab HS with warm water 4) Mahanarayana Taila – local abhyanga on heel & knee daily 5) muscalt forte tab 2 tab twice daily after meal —Advice: Warm, light diet; avoid cold & dry food Daily oil massage + mild warm fomentation Rest & avoid hard surface walking

5 महीने से नसों का दर्द, एड़ी दर्द, घुटने का दर्द और स्किन एलर्जी साथ में होना वात-कफ वृद्धि, Vitamin D/B12 कमी, वजन बढ़ना, या एलर्जिक प्रवृत्ति से जुड़ा हो सकता है। अगर सूजन, सुन्नपन, जलन या चलने में ज्यादा परेशानी हो तो जाँच कराना अच्छा रहेगा। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार: योगराज गुग्गुलु 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी से। दशमूल क्वाथ 20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर सुबह-शाम भोजन से पहले। महा नारायण तेल हल्का गुनगुना करके एड़ी, घुटने और दर्द वाली नसों पर 10 मिनट मालिश करें। एलर्जी के लिए हरिद्राखंड 1 चम्मच सुबह-शाम दूध या गुनगुने पानी से। अगर एड़ी दर्द ज्यादा हो तो रात को गुनगुने पानी में नमक डालकर 10 मिनट पैर डुबोएँ। परहेज: ठंडी चीजें, दही रात में, ज्यादा तला-भुना, पैकेट फूड कम करें। धूप में 15–20 मिनट बैठें और हल्की वॉक करें।

Skin allergy ka badhna sharir mein Pitta aur Rakta (blood) ki ashuddhi ka sanket hai. Ayurveda medicines : ​Sambhvit Karan (Possible Causes) ​Edi aur Naso ka dard: Plantar Fasciitis, Calcaneal Spur ya Sciatica (Vata Vyadhi). ​Ghutno ka dard: Sandhigata Vata (Early Osteoarthritis) ya lubrication ki kami. ​Skin Allergy: Rakta dushti (Blood impurities) aur low immunity. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​1. Dard ke liye (Joints & Nerves) ​Sahacharadi Kwath Tablet: Ye naso aur kamar ke niche ke hisse ke dard ke liye behtareen hai. ​Dose: 2 goli subah aur 2 goli shaam ko khane se pehle gungune pani ke saath. ​Kshirabala Tailam (For External Application): Is tel ko halke haath se ghutno aur edi par malish karein. Ye naso ko taqat deta hai. ​2. Skin Allergy ke liye ​Manjishtadi Kwath: Ye khoon saaf karne aur skin allergies ko kam karne mein madad karta hai. ​Dose: 15ml kwath ko 15ml gungune pani mein milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. ​3.
