19 वर्ष की उम्र में शरीर का पतला रहना, रात में कमजोरी या “ब्लड फ्लो/घबराहट जैसा” महसूस होना आयुर्वेद अनुसार धातु क्षीणता, मंदाग्नि (कमज़ोर पाचन), वात-पित्त असंतुलन और पोषण की कमी का संकेत हो सकता है। यदि सही समय पर ध्यान दिया जाए तो आयुर्वेद, आहार और दिनचर्या से शरीर की ताकत, वजन और ऊर्जा अच्छी तरह सुधर सकती है। संभावित कारण भोजन सही से न पचना कम खाना या पोषण की कमी देर रात तक जागना अधिक तनाव या चिंता ज्यादा मोबाइल/स्क्रीन टाइम कमजोरी, एनीमिया, Vitamin B12 या Vitamin D की कमी आयुर्वेदिक उपचार 1. ताकत और वजन बढ़ाने के लिए अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच सुबह और रात गुनगुने दूध के साथ → शरीर में बल, स्टैमिना और वजन बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। शतावरी कल्प – यदि शरीर में कमजोरी और गर्मी अधिक हो तो उपयोगी। च्यवनप्राश – 1–2 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ → इम्यूनिटी और ऊर्जा बढ़ाता है। द्राक्षासव या अश्वगंधारिष्ट – खान-पान क्या लें दूध, घी, मक्खन सीमित मात्रा में भीगे हुए बादाम, किशमिश, खजूर मूंग दाल, पनीर, केला, दलिया घर का ताजा और पौष्टिक भोजन नारियल पानी और मौसमी फल क्या कम करें फास्ट फूड कोल्ड ड्रिंक ज्यादा चाय/कॉफी देर रात खाना खाली पेट रहना दिनचर्या रात 10–11 बजे तक सो जाएँ सुबह हल्का व्यायाम, सूर्य नमस्कार या योग करें रोज़ 15–20 मिनट धूप लें मोबाइल और गेमिंग रात में कम करें
