Your symptoms suggest a long-standing Vata aggravation with weak Agni (digestive fire) and gradual depletion of body strength due to prolonged fasting in the past. When Vata stays disturbed for years, even good food may not nourish properly, causing bloating, weakness, dizziness, irregular motions, dryness, and low stamina. At present, your body looks more in a “Vata + Vishama Agni” state rather than just simple gas trouble. Important point — because your dizziness and weakness are severe, do not depend only on online advice. It is also important to rule out issues like anemia, vitamin deficiency, thyroid imbalance, low BP, gastritis, IBS, or blood sugar fluctuations with basic tests. In Ayurveda, the goal is: Calm Vata Strengthen digestion gently Improve absorption Nourish tissues slowly without overloading digestion Follow these habits strictly for a few months: Avoid fasting completely Never stay hungry for long Eat small warm meals every 3–4 hours Prefer freshly cooked soft foods Sip warm water through the day Sleep on time Avoid excessive raw foods, cold foods, dry snacks, bakery items, tea/coffee excess Best foods for you: Moong dal khichdi with ghee Soft rice with moong soup Warm cow ghee in meals Stewed apple or ripe banana in moderation Jeera + ajwain + saunf water after meals Thin buttermilk with roasted jeera (if it suits you) Helpful Ayurvedic support Hingvastak churna with first bite of food Avipattikar churna if acidity is present Ashwagandha or Shatavari for weakness and nourishment Takra therapy / Deepana-Pachana approach may help Since Bael improves stool formation, your intestines may have excessive dryness with irregular digestion. Sticky stool after Bael indicates digestion is still incomplete, so focus should be on improving Agni, not only binding stools.
