आपके लक्षणों को आयुर्वेद के अनुसार देखने पर मुख्यतः वात दोष वृद्धि, कमजोरी (धातु क्षय), मानसिक थकान, तथा लंबे समय तक गलत तरीके से बैठकर काम करने से मांसपेशियों व नसों पर दबाव दिखाई देता है। पीठ दर्द, तलवों में झुनझुनी, हाथ-पैरों में जकड़न, जल्दी थकान, भूलना, सिरदर्द, नींद आने जैसी समस्याएँ शरीर में वात imbalance + कमजोर अग्नि + nerve weakness की ओर संकेत करती हैं। लंबे समय तक “उकड़ू बैठकर” काम करना रीढ़ और नसों पर दबाव बढ़ाता है, जिससे कमर दर्द और पैरों में numbness बढ़ती है। आयुर्वेदिक उपाय 1. तेल मालिश (बहुत जरूरी) रोज रात को या नहाने से पहले: महा नारायण तेल या क्षीरबला तेल से कमर, पैरों के तलवे और हाथ-पैरों की हल्की मालिश करें। इसके बाद हल्की गर्म सिकाई करें। इससे वात शांत होगा, नसों की stiffness और झुनझुनी कम होगी। 2. आंतरिक औषधि अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ। ब्राह्मी वटी 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद। योगराज गुग्गुल 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद गुनगुने पानी से। ये दवाएँ कमजोरी, nerve weakness, body pain, memory weakness और fatigue में मदद करती हैं। 3. खान-पान ठंडी चीजें, ज्यादा चाय, junk food, देर रात जागना कम करें। गर्म, हल्का और पौष्टिक भोजन लें। दूध, घी, बादाम, मूंग दाल, तिल आदि उपयोगी रहेंगे। पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ। 4. दिनचर्या सुधारें हर 30-40 मिनट बाद उठकर 2-3 मिनट चलें। जमीन पर उकड़ू बैठकर लंबे समय तक काम न करें। रोज 15-20 मिनट हल्का योग करें: मकरासन भुजंगासन ताड़ासन पवनमुक्तासन 5. आँखों और मानसिक थकान के लिए मोबाइल/स्क्रीन टाइम कम करें। रात में पर्याप्त नींद लें। रोज 5 मिनट आँखों पर ठंडे पानी के छींटे मारें। त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से ले सकते हैं। ध्यान दें यदि: पैरों की झुनझुनी बढ़ रही हो, कमजोरी बहुत अधिक हो, चक्कर या लगातार सिरदर्द रहे, या चलने में दिक्कत हो,
