Yes you can…but in allopathic or ayurvedic medicine you can gap on 30 min to 1 hr.
Please tell me which lung or heart condition you currently have, for which you are taking allopathic medication

can i give through nose pipe fitted? Orally (ie through mouth) he is not drinking water

He sometimes takes oxygen, and also taking duolin inhaler sometimes. He is very weak, and food going through pipe

No u can’t give it through nasal tube , if u did so it can cause tube blockage, aspiration, and complications due to herbal sediments/sugar content.

he was in hospital on oxygen. He is released 3 days before. He is on bed at home now. Sometimes oxygen level goes down so i have kept at home.
He has lung infection, uric acid increased, kidney affected. Now creatinine is 1.1 now. earlier it was 1.8. Only propblem is now of lungs and weakness. He is taking heart medicine from last 20 years. He has stent planted 2 years before

no i have not started yet giving vasaristha.

Continue all current cardiology + pulmonary medicines exactly as prescribed
Home oxygen as advised by hospital
—Right now this is post-hospital respiratory care, not a phase for adding new Ayurvedic syrups. Stabilization with existing cardiac + respiratory management is the priority.
— after 1-2 weeks when her body get stable…will add ayurveda herbs which will be suitable for her… according to her digestive ability.
Right now avoid to add any of syrup or herb self .

Ohkk…so now first completed the course of allopathic medicine. And not use the ayurvedic vasaaarist by a nasal passages or nasal tube…
In now condition you are not use vasaaarist first you completed allopathic medicine course than some stabilize condition so we can uses ayurvedic medicine under my interaction…

When mixing traditional Ayurvedic formulations like Vasaristha with potent allopathic drugs for the heart and lungs (such as blood thinners, beta-blockers, or bronchodilators), caution is your best friend.

​In Ayurveda, Vasaristha is primarily used to manage Vata and Kapha imbalances in the respiratory tract. While it is generally safe, it contains self-generated alcohol (from fermentation) and potent herbs like Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica). These can sometimes enhance or interfere with the absorption of modern medications, particularly those affecting blood
Pressure or lung.
​For respiratory support alongside existing treatments, Vasarishta from Kerala Ayurveda is a standard choice.
​Dose: 15 ml to 25 ml, taken twice daily after food.
​Important: Always mix the syrup with an equal quantity of lukewarm water before consuming.
​Since you are managing heart and lung conditions, you must maintain a 2-hour gap between your allopathic medicines and the Ayurvedic syrup. This prevents immediate metabolic interference.

Yes u can take it with your ongoing allopathic medicine - keep atleast 30-45 min difference
Rx:
1) Vasaristha 15 ml with equal water after meals – BD
2) Sitopaladi Churna 2 gm with honey – BD
3) Talisadi Churna 2 gm with honey – BD
4) Tribhuvan Kirti Rasa 1 tab – BD after food
—Advice: Continue ongoing allopathic medicines regularly. Avoid cold food, dust, smoking, and exertion. Steam inhalation advised. Monitor breathlessness; if increased, immediate physician review advised.
