Brahmi + Shankhpushpi + Jatamansi dimag ko calm karne, overthinking kam karne aur neend support karne ke liye diye ja sakte hain. ----Sevan: Brahmi churna 1 gm Shankhpushpi churna 1 gm Jatamansi churna 500 mg इनको मिलाकर रात को सोने से 45 मिनट पहले गुनगुने दूध/पानी के साथ लें। ----साथ में रात को Brahmi taila se सिर की हल्की मालिश, Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari pranayam करें। —क्योंकि समस्या 6 महीने से ज्यादा और severe है, लगातार सिर/नसों में दर्द है, इसलिए BP, thyroid, migraine/cervical आदि की जांच भी करवाएं
