11 saal ke bacche me LDL 109 aur VLDL 40 mildly increased ho sakta hai. Sirf reports dekhkar Arjunarishta dena zaroori nahi hota. Bachchon me pehle diet aur activity correct karna important hai. Take Arjunarishta 5 ml + 10 ml pani milakar, khane ke baad din me 2 baar, 6–8 weeks tak diya ja sakta hai. Agar body weight zyada hai ya oily/junk food habit hai to: Medohar diet follow karaye Daily outdoor exercise 45–60 min Diet Chips, bakery, cold drinks, fried food band Ghee/butter kam Fruits, green vegetables, oats, dal, homemade food badhaye Tests Lipid profile fasting me repeat 3 months baad karaye.
