Instead, it is an excellent herbo-mineral calcium and bone-nourishing supplement. It contains potent ingredients like:
​Kukkutandatvak Bhasma (a rich, bioavailable source of natural calcium)
​Asthisamhruta (Hadjod) and Arjuna (which strengthen bone tissue structure)
​Ashwagandha and Bala (which act as Balya—improving muscular strength and nourishing deep tissues) How to Take Asthiposhak Tablet for a 14-Year-Old ​For a 14-year-old girl, the standard therapeutic dosage should be gentle yet effective: ​Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day. ​Timing: Take it after meals (breakfast and dinner).
​Anupana (Co-medium): Always administer it with a cup of warm cow’s milk. Milk acts as an ideal vehicle (Anupana) that enhances the absorption of calcium and calces (Bhasmas) into the bone tissues.
Ahara (Dietary Changes) ​The body cannot build bone without raw materials. Ensure her diet is highly nutritious and Kapha-Poshak (building) without causing toxins (Ama): ​Include fresh Amla, dates, almonds, soaked walnuts, and sesame seeds (Til) in her daily routine. ​Dairy products like A2 cow’s milk, fresh paneer, and homemade ghee are highly beneficial for Asthi Dhatu. ​Avoid processed junk food, carbonated drinks, and excessive sour/salty foods, as they can deplete calcium reserves from the bones. ​3.
