Mai breastfeeding krati hu to kiya mai amlaki rasayan ka use kr skti hu? Mujhe iske uses se koi problem to ni hogi breastfeeding krane me. Meri 7 month ki beti h plz mujhe btaye ki amlaki rasayan ka use mere liye safe h ya ni or mujhe isko kis time lena chahiye.. Milk se lena chahiye ya water se.
