It seems like you’re dealing with two ongoing issues—an anal fissure with a sentinel tag and hair loss—which could be interconnected, possibly due to chronic stress, dietary imbalances, or other underlying health factors. In Ayurveda, the condition of the anal fissure indicates a Pitta and Vata imbalance, which leads to inflammation and dryness. To support healing, herbs like Triphala, Guggulu, and Aloe Vera can be beneficial for both the digestive system and skin. A diet that is warm, moist, and easily digestible would be ideal, avoiding spicy and acidic foods that can aggravate the fissure. For hair loss, improving scalp health with regular oiling (using oils like Bhringraj or Amla) can be helpful, along with a diet rich in protein, iron, and essential fatty acids. Since you’re also experiencing pain with dietary changes, it may be beneficial to assess your overall gut health, as digestive imbalances can affect the absorption of nutrients necessary for both hair and skin health. Have you had any tests to assess your thyroid, iron levels, or other hormonal imbalances that could be contributing to the hair loss? Additionally, what is your stress level, as it can significantly affect both your digestion and hair health?
Did lot of blood work like CBC ,iron profile, vit d, vit b12 , testosterone total, thyroid profile all things normal. Stress level are high due to death of my parents in 2020. Hairfall speed has increased since then.
It sounds like you’re facing a challenging combination of issues with anal fissures and androgenic alopecia. Let’s try to address these concerns from an Ayurvedic perspective. First off, with the anal fissure, there may be an imbalance in your Vata dosha, which might be contributing to hard stools and the associated pain and bleeding. Try to incorporate warm, oily foods into your diet to pacify Vata. Consider cooking with ghee, which can act as a natural lubricant for your digestive tract. Triphala churna can be a helpful supplement as it gently aids digestion and regularizing bowel movements. Dissolve a teaspoon of Triphala in warm water and drink at bedtime.
Avoid cold, dry, and excessively spicy foods which could aggravate the situation, aiming instead for warm meals rich in healthy fats. Including cooked vegetables and whole grains can be beneficial. Since stress might also exacerbate Vata imbalances, consider adding a daily practice of meditation or gentle yoga to your routine.
On the hair front, the excessive Pitta might be aggravating the hair fall conditions. Using oils like Bhringraj or Amla can help. Massage these onto your scalp 2-3 times a week, leaving it on for 30 minutes before washing. This can strengthen hair roots and restore some balance to your scalp. The Ponytail Method, a simple yoga practice, involves combing your hair back twice daily with a wide-tooth wooden comb, which can stimulate circulation.
Also, ensure you’re drinking adequate water. Hydration can aid in overall balance and health. Since some remedies and ingredients can interact, always check in with a local Ayurvedic practitioner before trying anything new.
Consider seeking advice from a healthcare professional if these practices don’t alleviate your symptoms, especially since anal bleeding shouldn’t be ignored for too long.
