Based on your symptoms, this condition may be due to Dhatu Kshaya (tissue depletion) . here i am providing you a well-structured Ayurvedic treatment plan including medications, dietary modifications, and lifestyle recommendations.

Rx.-: Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily

Shatavari Churna – ½ teaspoon with warm milk once daily

Punarnava Mandoor – 1 tablet twice daily

Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon with lukewarm water in the early morning

Ashokarishta – 15-20 ml with an equal amount of water after meals

Dietary Recommendations: ✅ Warm and nourishing foods – Include ghee, milk, almonds, and moong dal khichdi to balance Vata and support reproductive health. ✅ Avoid excessive cold foods – Limit cold drinks and dry foods, as they can aggravate Vata and disrupt hormonal balance.

Lifestyle & Yoga: ✅ Abhyanga (Oil Massage) – Apply warm sesame oil or castor oil on the abdomen and lower back before bathing to improve circulation. ✅ Yoga for Hormonal Balance – Practice Baddha Konasana, Bhujangasana, Malasana, and Surya Namaskar to enhance blood flow to the pelvic region. ✅ Adequate Rest – Avoid excessive exertion during menstruation to maintain a balanced hormonal cycle.

Spotting during periods, while not uncommon, can indicate an imbalance in the body. In Ayurveda, menstrual health is closely tied to the balance of the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. In your case, spotting might be related to a Vata imbalance, which can disrupt the natural flow of menstruation. Here are a few suggestions to consider, aligning with Ayurvedic principles:

Firstly, focusing on balancing Vata dosha is key. Begin with dietary changes. Eating warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest can be quite beneficial. Include ghee, olive oil, and warming spices like cinnamon, ginger, and cumin in your meals. Avoid cold, raw, or excessively light foods as these can aggravate Vata. It’s also helpful to maintain regular meal times to support stable digestion and overall Vata balance.

Second, moderate exercise like walking or gentle yoga can help to enhance circulation. Avoid high-intensity workouts, especially close to your menstrual cycle review period. Slow-paced activities aid in grounding Vata and maintaining energy flow throughout the body.

Incorporate herbal teas that are known to support menstrual health, such as fennel, tulsi, or ginger teas. Drinking a cup of warm tea after meals aids in digestion, which is crucial for maintaining balanced Vata.

You might consider practicing self-massage (Abhyanga) with warm sesame oil. A gentle, warm oil massage helps calm the nervous system and supports menstrual flow. Perform this regularly, preferably in the morning before a bath.

Stress management is critical as stress often exacerbates Vata imbalances. Consider incorporating meditation or breathing exercises like Pranayama into your daily routine.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it would be wise to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional to explore more personalized treatment options. Remember, while Ayurveda offers robust solutions, listening to your body and making adjustments that feel right to you is essential.
