Your concerns of acne, stomach issues, and hair problems can be interrelated and might stem from dosha imbalances, particularly Pitta and Kapha in your case. Ayurveda suggests that Pitta imbalance, heightened by acidity and digestive issues, can manifest through skin conditions like acne. Also, Kapha could be contributing to the persistent back acne and obesity issues.

Let’s address the acne first. In Ayurveda, acne relates to “Yauvan Pidika” and is often associated with blood impurities and digestive problems. For this, consuming a Pitta-pacifying diet is central. Incorporate cooling foods like cucumber, cilantro, and watermelon. Avoid spicy, fried, and acidic foods. Incorporate bitter and astringent tastes as they are beneficial for reducing Pitta.

Your digestive issues and chronic stomach ache signal compromised Agni, or digestive fire. Begin your day with warm water infused with lemon; it kick-starts digestion. Consider using herbs like Amla and Triphala, which are known for balancing Pitta and improving digestion. Triphala can be taken before bedtime with warm water. It supports regular bowel movements and detoxification.

For hair, it’s crucial to maintain a balanced regimen. Here’s an easy tip: massage your scalp with coconut oil mixed with a few drops of bhringraj oil. This soothes Pitta and nourishes hair. Avoid frequent use of chemical-based products that dry your hair.

Obesity can often be linked to Kapha imbalance, and tackling it requires a holistic approach. Consider incorporating more physical activity, even yoga or brisk walks can markedly improve balance. Foods like barley, millet, and seasonal fruits can aid in weight management. Stick to three regular meals a day; avoid snacking in between as it may provoke imbalances.

These suggestions are natural and align with the rhythms of Ayurveda, addressing the root rather than just symptoms. If symptoms persist, consult a professional for personalized care. Keep these habits consistent, and you may notice changes over time.
