Am suffering from acne since more than 20 years. - #21089

Can you please suggest what to do for the acne. It's mainly on my face. It comes and goes but never stops Should i try detox. Lately after more than one year of delivering a baby girl am having hair loss also.

Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Purodil gel for local application. Tab.Amypure 2-0-2 Tab.Shatavari 2-0-2 Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-3 with lukewarm water at bedtime.

Better to do panchkarma for detoxification. It will be done at any good ayurvedic centre Mahamanjistadi kasaya 20ml two times a day with warm water Neem ghan vati two times a day

Regarding hair loss following childbirth, it’s quite common due to hormonal shifts and can be seen as Vata imbalance. Massaging the scalp with Brahmi oil or coconut oil a couple of times a week can encourage hair health and promote relaxation. Ensure your diet is rich in proteins, fruits, and nuts to support hair recovery.

Practice pranayama—breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom helps balance the doshas and calm the mind.

Ensure you’re getting enough sleep and manage stress through meditation or yoga, which helps rebalance the body holistically.
