Yeah, sounds like you’ve got a bit of a seasonal issue going on there. When itching kicks in more aggressively at night and with sweat, it might signal a Pitta imbalance — think of it as your internal fire getting a bit too fired up, especially during hot summers. You’re already on a solid path with Gandhaka Rasayana and Panchavalakala — both pretty effective for these kind of things. Good call there!

Now, considering it’s more of a Pitta dominance, I’d suggest incorporating a cooling approach. You might try a paste of sandalwood mixed with rosewater. Apply it gently to the affected area. This combo not only cools down but feels oh-so-calming on the skin.

Also, consider including Neem (Nimba) in your regimen. Its bitter taste cools Pitta and detoxifies the system. Look for neem capsules or powder, maybe around 1-0-0 for a few weeks, but don’t go for neem oil here – that’s too intense for your current situation.

Oh, and about itching at night, it can mess with your sleep big time. You could gently massage your body with a mix of coconut oil and a little camphor before bed – it cools and calms down the itchiness.

Diet-wise, make sure you’re going easy on spicy, sour, and too-salty foods; they ramp up Pitta. Go for cooling stuff like cucumbers, cilantro, or fresh coconut water if you can snag it.

On the daily routine front, try your best to wear loose cotton fabrics. Yeah, it sounds basic, but they let your skin breathe, reducing friction and heat.

Consistency is vital here, but if things feel like they’re tipping over into something serious or a long-term issue, don’t sit on it. Get a proper check with a medical professional. Over the counter anti-itch creams can help in a pinch if it keeps you sane till you find a long-term fix.
