I am really curious about bosom breast oil, and like, I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately. A friend mentioned how it really helped her with some issues after she had her baby. So, I started looking into it and oh boy, I've come across so many different opinions! So, here’s the thing: I’ve been experiencing some discomfort in my breasts, nothing too severe, but like it's a bit sore sometimes, usually around my cycle. I asked my doctor but they just told me it’s probably hormonal, which I sorta expected. Anyway, I was thinking... Is there a chance that maybe bosom breast oil could help with that? I found a few posts online where women were raving about how bosom breast oil is so moisturizing and soothing. They say it can really support breast health, and I’m like, uh, that sounds good! But yeah, do you guys think that's true? Like, does it really have some magical properties or is it just hype?? Also, I can’t seem to figure out the best way to apply it. I've seen conflicting info. Do I just massage it in, or is there a specific technique like you would with breast self-exams? I'm worried that if I do it wrong, it might have the opposite effect. Oil is necessary it doesn’t make any difference which oil you are using. Sesame oil will give you same effect.

Application of oil to the body is recommended in Ayurveda to help to maintain the vata dosha and help to improve the skin texture During menstruation because of hormonal imbalance you may have changed in breast so application of oil really recommend Application and massaging should be done on circular manner on the breast The oil which is having properties like nourishing, having cold in potency are recommended such properties oil in ayurveda are ksheerabala taila, ashwagandha taila, mahamasha taila, bosom oil is not classical ayurvedic product…it’s a patent product if it’s having the properties mentioned above then you can use it for massage

I am currently a PG 2nd yr student in the dept of Shalakya Tantra at Parul Institute of Ayurveda and Research, batch 2024. I joined right after UG—no break—straight into PG (regular batch). I did my undergrad from Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College (2017 batch, CCRAS syllabus under Pondicherry Univ). Somehow managed to secure 2nd rank university-wide back then, which I didn’t totally expect. Right now, my core interest lies in the Ayurvedic and integrative management of eye disorders. I’ve got decent exposure to both classical texts and clinical practice. From anatomy to pathology, I try to stay grounded in both the traditional Ayurvedic view and also the modern opthalmic understanding, especially with conditions related to the cornea, retina, and anterior segment. During PG deputation in 2nd year, I handled like 200+ OPD patients daily within 1–2 hrs (felt crazy at first but got used to the pace). I’m also trained hands-on in cataract and cornea surgeries under supervision. Not calling myself a surgeon yet, but I did get a good amout of surgical exposure in the PG postings. In terms of academics, I got 82% in the first-year PG exams—distinction score—secured department 1st and university topper at Parul Institute. Most people are shocked that things like bloating or even periods issues can shift just by aligning food and herbs with their constitution. And if the case is acute or there’s a red flag, I have no problem referring for emergency allopathic care. Integrative care makes sense—Ayurveda doesn’t have to be isolated from modern medicine. My aim? It's not just to fix a symptom. I want people to feel at ease in their own body again. To build habits they don’t need to break later. To know their own rhythm, not just follow some generic health trend. That’s what Ayurvedic healing means to me... not perfect, but real.
