Why is my hair not responding well to the bloom hair growth serum I purchased? - #21938

Gabriella

I am really frustrated lately with my hair situation. So, I decided to try this bloom hair growth serum that everyone seems to be raving about, right? I’ve been using it for about six weeks now, and honestly, I don’t see much change. My hair hasn’t really grown as expected, and I've even gotten some flakes on my scalp — yuck! I thought this bloom hair growth serum was supposed to help with that, but it feels like I just wasted my money. I've followed all the instructions, like applying it twice a day and massaging it in and stuff. I tried to stay positive but it’s hard when I look in the mirror and feel like I am still stuck in the same place. It’s like the bloom hair growth serum is just sitting there, not doing anything! Is it normal for it to take longer for some people to see results? I’ve also got some fine hair to begin with, and I wonder if that makes it harder for the serum to work? I even changed up my diet hoping some extra vitamins would help, but I don’t know if it’s doing anything. Is there something I might be missing? Should I keep using the bloom hair growth serum despite not seeing results? Or would it be better to switch to something else? Help! Anyone else had a similar experience? What did you do? I basically feel stuck and confused here. Would seriously appreciate any tips or advice, thanks!

If you want good hair serum instead of buying costly serum just try home based serums which will be having good result Soak rice in water overnight then filter spray to your roots daily Flax seeds boil with water for 10 minutes filter it and apply that jelly weekly twice with gentle massage Your hair growth will be fast it gives shine and volume also

Using a hair growth serum like the one you’ve mentioned can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle, especially when you’re not seeing the results you expected. The effectiveness of these products can vary because everyone’s hair and scalp conditions are unique. In Ayurveda, we emphasize looking beyond just topical applications, understanding dosha imbalances, and adopting a holistic approach.

Your hair concerns could be linked to your dosha type, especially if there’s a Vata or Pitta imbalance. Dryness in the scalp or flakiness often indicates Vata imbalance, whereas hair loss and brittleness might suggest Pitta involvement. To address the root cause, consider these suggestions alongside the serum:

1. Start with your diet. Include omega-3 fatty acids (like flaxseeds, walnuts, and fish) and iron-rich foods (like spinach, legumes, and red beet). Boosting your intake of B vitamins is crucial too; consider foods like whole grains, eggs, and dairy.

2. Check your stress levels. High stress can exacerbate hair issues. Daily practices of meditation or yoga can help to calm the nervous system and manage stress.

3. Oils are another ally. Simple coconut oil or sesame oil can be beneficial when massaged into the scalp weekly. Just warm slightly, apply, and leave overnight.

4. Reassess your use of the serum. It’s possible it might not suit your scalp type, especially if you notice itching or flakes. Consider pausing the usage for a period to monitor any changes.

5. Hydration is key. Keep your body well-hydrated. Drinking enough water aids the health of your hair from within.

6. Seek an Ayurvedic practitioner. They can provide a personalized analysis of your Prakriti (constitution) and guide you with specific treatments or herbs like Amla or Bhringraj, which are renowned for promoting hair health.

Switching products or treatments takes time for visible changes. If there’s no improvement after a couple more weeks, you might need to explore other options, maybe under professional guidance, to find a treatment that aligns well with your body’s needs.
