I am really struggling with being underweight, which has been so frustrating. I’ve tried a couple of supplements, but nothing seems to work right! Recently, someone suggested I look into an ayurvedic weight gainer, but I have no clue where to start or how it actually works. I mean, I've heard ayurvedic processes can be gentle and natural, but I’m also nervous about changes. Last month, my doctor told me I need to put on some healthy weight, but honestly, it feels impossible. Soooo, I did some research and I found a few products tagged as ayurvedic weight gainer but I'm like unsure if they’re legit or just another gimmick? I want to know what kinds of ingredients are typically in those ayurvedic weight gainers? Should I be looking at specific herbs or something? Also, how long does it usually take to see results from using an ayurvedic weight gainer. I mean I do want to gain weight, but I also dont wanna have any weird side effects! Like, a friend of mine tried one way of putting on weight but it made her feel bloated all the time, and that's def not what I want.
