I am kinda confused about how to use gond katira. I read somewhere that it can be great for health, but I’ve never actually used it before. So, last month I started experiencing this weird dryness in my throat and some digestive issues. A friend suggested gond katira, saying it helps with that, but I have no clue how to use gond katira properly. Do I have to prepare it in a special way? Should I mix it with something? I tried to look it up, but I still feel lost. Any guidance on how to use gond katira effectively would be awesome! Thx!

For digestive issues, ensure that you’re eating warm, easily digestible foods. Incorporating cooked vegetables and soups can be beneficial. Avoid excessively spicy or greasy foods as they can aggravate your condition. Always keep yourself hydrated as well, as it helps in maintaining the balance of bodily fluids.

If symptoms persist or if you notice any discomfort or side effects, consulting an Ayurvedic physician or healthcare provider is advisable, to tailor the approach specifically to your constitution.
