Applying a paste of neem and turmeric directly to the affected area might help soothe the inflammation due to their natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Mix equal parts of neem powder and turmeric with a little water to form a paste and apply it once daily for 30 minutes before rinsing off gently with warm water.
