I am really struggling with this nasty cold and a persistent cough that just won’t go away. It all started last week when I thought I could just tough it out, but it escalated and now, I can’t even sleep! I’ve been drinking lots of warm teas, but I'm wondering, which fruit is good for cold and cough? I've heard different things like lemon and honey, but I’m not sure how effective they really are. My throat feels scratchy and my voice sounds kinda funny, and it gets worse at night. I tried eating oranges, but I'm unsure if that's even helping. I've read that bananas might be a bad idea when you're feeling under the weather, is that true? It’s difficult to focus on anything else when I feel this way, and I keep wondering which fruit is good for cold and cough! I need something that will give me a boost, ya know?
