Aapke lakshan—chehre par bar-bar hone wala infection, doodh aur kuch khaas foods se trigger hona, aur bar-bar antibiotics lena—Pitta-Kapha imbalance, Ama (toxins), aur Rakta Dushti (blood vitiation) ki taraf sanket karte hain. Ayurveda mein iska samadhan antibiotic ke bina bhi sambhav hai, lekin uske liye deep detoxification aur Rakta shuddhi zaroori hai.

You are experiencing recurrent facial infections that flare up after eating milk or milk based products such as panner, curd, cheese, or sweets You take antibiotics , which temporarily control the infections but it comes back after some days- especially when your stoop the mediicnes

In Ayurveda, this condition is explained as follows

AYURVEDIC VIEW -Milk products, when not properly digested, lead to formation of ama- a kind of sticky toxin produced due to weak digestion -This ama mixes with kapha (mucus, heaviness) and pitta (heat, inflammation ) doshas, leading to dushti (vitiation) of rakta dhatu 9blood tissue) and twak (skin) -The result is pittaja-kaphaja twak vikara, showing as infection, redness, pus formation, or acne like eruptions on face -repeated use of antibiotics kills both harmful and beneficial gut bacteria, weakening agni further- creating a cycle of recurrent infection

IN SHORT -weak digestion-> toxin formation-> aggravated pitta+kapha-> skin infection-> antibiotics-> weaker digestion again->recurrence

TREATMENT GOALS -correct root cause- digestion -remove toxins from body -purify blood and skin tissues -balance pitta and kapha doshas -stregthen immunity -prevent recurrence naturally

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) AROGYAVARDHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals for 8 wweeks = enhances liver and digestive functions, removes toxins

2) MANJISTHADI KASHAYA= 20 ml + equal wtaer twice daily after meals for 8 weeks = cleanses rakta and helps clear skin eruptions

3) GUDUCHI GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =natural immune booster, anti inflammatory

Milk products se hone wale infection se ladaai kaafi muskil ho sakti hai, lekin Ayurveda me iske lie kuch upaay hain jo aapke liye faydemand ho sakte hain. Aapka dosha prakriti aur agni ko samajhna zaroori hai, kyunki doodh aur dairy ka prabhav kapha dosha ko increase kar sakta hai, jo sukshma maarg ko block karte hue skin infections ko trigger kar sakta hai. Is paristhiti me main cheez hoti hai dietary change aur panchakarma jaison ka upyog.

Pehle to aapko dairy product lene se pehle unsko yogurt, buttermilk ya fermented forms me convert karke dekhiye. Ye digestion ko asaan banata hai aur kapha imbalance ko reduce karta hai. Dahi, jo ki ‘takra’ ke roop me jaata hai, wo vaata aur pitta ko banaye rakhta hai aur kapha balance karta hai.

These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout.
