I am really struggling with sleep lately, and it’s just getting worse. The last few months have been such a blur of tossing and turning every night. I usually lay in bed for hours, staring at the ceiling, and then when I finally drift off, the slightest noise wakes me up. I’ve tried counting sheep, warm milk, you name it, but I'm desperate to know how to cure insomnia naturally. Last week, I even did a sleep study, and they said I’ve got mild apnea too, which doesn’t help. My friend suggested doing yoga or meditation, but I’ve never really been into that stuff.
