हर सुबह मुझे बहुत छींकें आती हैं, जिससे नाक बहने लगती है, आंखें लाल हो जाती हैं, थोड़ा सिरदर्द होता है और सांस लेने में दिक्कत होती है। मैं बचपन से इस समस्या का सामना कर रहा हूं। कृपया कुछ उपाय बताएं।
