दोपहर का भोजन (12–2 बजे) सिर्फ मूंग दाल + चावल या 1–2 ज्वार की रोटी + लौकी/तुरई की सब्जी + 1 चम्मच घी भोजन के बाद: 5 मिनट वज्रासन
रात का खाना 7 बजे से पहले हल्का सब्जियों का सूप या पतली मूंग खिचड़ी + घी 7:30 बजे के बाद कुछ ठोस नहीं रात (सोने से 30 मिनट पहले) ½ चम्मच त्रिफला पाउडर + ½ चम्मच घी + गुनगुना पानी या 1 हरितकी टैबलेट चबाएं
विजिंग और धूल एलर्जी के लिए 1 4–5 तुलसी के पत्ते + चुटकी हल्दी के साथ भाप लें → दिन में दो बार 2 ½ चम्मच शुद्ध हल्दी + चुटकी काली मिर्च + 1 चम्मच शहद → रात में
30 दिनों के लिए पूरी तरह से बचें दही, केला, ठंडे पेय, मैदा, बिस्कुट, बाहर का खाना, दूध की चाय, नॉन-वेज, कच्चा सलाद
30 दिनों के बाद आप धीरे-धीरे सामान्य भोजन जोड़ सकते हैं। कल सुबह से शुरू करें – आप एक महीने में 10 साल छोटे महसूस करेंगे!

Hello, Triphala at night will do gentle cleansing but effectively. So please do continue. To have a natural detox start having early dinner only with cooked/steamed vegetables/ Kicdi with vegetables in it/ 2 rotis wit big bowl of cooked vegetables(seasoning to be done with jeera and ghee). Once winter is over start drinking freshly prepared vegetable juices as first thing in the morning(ex: beetroot, carrot, bottle gourd, ash gourd) Take care, Kind regards.
