मेरे चेहरे पर मुंहासे हैं, मेरी उम्र 20 साल है, खासकर गालों और ठोड़ी पर। लगभग हर दिन मेरे चेहरे पर एक नया पिंपल निकल आता है, जिसमें पस होता है और कुछ को छूने पर बहुत दर्द होता है। मैंने कई डॉक्टरों से सलाह ली है, लेकिन उनकी दवाएं मेरे मुंहासों को ठीक नहीं कर पाईं।

Hydrate well; drink enough water throughout the day to flush out toxins, but try to keep the water at room temperature, as cold water can disturb your digestive fire, or Agni. Evening meals should be lighter, ensuring easy digestion before bed.

In terms of lifestyle, regularity and rhythm are essential. Aim to maintain a daily routine (Dinacharya) that includes adequate sleep, as rest is crucial for skin repair. Incorporate meditative practices or gentle yoga to manage stress, as stress is a known trigger for acne flare-ups. Exercise that promotes sweating, like brisk walking or gentle jogging, will help to detoxify your body and should be done in moderation.

For topical treatments, consider using natural cleansers like gram flour (Besan) mixed with a bit of turmeric and water to cleanse your face. This gentle, non-abrasive mixture can help in reducing oil and has antibacterial properties. Post-cleansing, apply a paste of sandalwood and rosewater to your affected areas; both have cooling and soothing properties that are beneficial to inflamed skin.

Internally, taking Triphala can help balance your dosha and improve digestion, which is often at the root of such imbalances. You can take one teaspoon of Triphala powder mixed with warm water before bed.

However, be cautious and observant. If your acne persists or worsens, or if you develop any other symptoms, seek further professional consultation.
