You can consume it as a powder or decoction, about 1-2 grams twice a day.

Dietary wise, emphasize a Kapha-pacifying diet rich in light, warm and easy-to-digest foods. Favor foods like barley, millet, and green leafy vegetables. Avoid heavy, oily, and sugary foods that exacerbate Kapha and Pitta doshas, particularly fried and processed items.

For ovulation and overall reproductive health, consider Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), which is renowned for its harmonizing effect on the female reproductive system. Take it in a powdered form of about 1-2 grams daily mixed with warm milk, preferably in the evening.

Practicing regular yoga and pranayama, such as Kapalbhati, also helps in improving hormonal balance and reducing stress, promoting a regular menstrual cycle.

Lastly, maintain consistent sleep routines, as erratic sleeping patterns can influence hormone regulation. Every night, aim for 7-8 hours of restful sleep. If cycles remain irregular, consultation with a healthcare professional is important!
