नमस्ते, मेरी उम्र 76 साल है। मैं पिछले 25 सालों से आयुर्वेद का पालन कर रहा हूँ। मुझे बताया गया है कि मेरी प्रकृति पित्त-वात है। मुझे हाई ब्लड प्रेशर है। मैं सुबह चिया सीड्स लेता हूँ। फिर थोड़ी देर बाद च्यवनप्राश लेता हूँ। उसके बाद गोक्षुरा चाय पीता हूँ। मैं अपने जीवन को नियमित रखने की कोशिश करता हूँ, हर दिन लगभग एक ही समय पर नाश्ता, दोपहर का खाना और रात का खाना खाता हूँ। मैं पिछले 50 सालों से लैक्टो वेजिटेरियन हूँ। फिर भी मुझे हाई ब्लड प्रेशर क्यों है?
