Hello I totally get what you are saying — it’s quite upsetting to have white hairs when you are still very young. In Sanskrit medicine it is known that graying of hair prematurely (Akala Palitya) happens due to an increase in Pitta dosha, lack of nourishment and stress affecting hair roots.
✅ Your symptoms mostly suggest:
Pitta aggravation → excess of heat causing inflammation of hair follicles Vata imbalance → dryness, early aging Rasa & Rakta Dhatu weakness Occasional scalp issues → weak scalp circulation Diet with junk food → that elevates acidity & heat
These factors are the main reasons behind your early graying. Ayurveda’s main focus in this condition is on stopping the further hair graying, nourishing the roots of the hair, and stimulating the scalp.
AYURVEDIC TREATMENT
INTERNAL MEDICATION
1. Amla Churna 1 tsp daily Being rich in vitamin C, it has a cooling effect on Pitta and strengthens hair roots.
2. Bhringraj Capsule 1-0-1 after food Helps to reverse the process of aging in the hair follicles and makes hair smooth and shiny.
3. Narasimha Rasayana 1 tsp daily Good for hair, skin, and immunity
4. Lohasava 10 ml with an equal amount of water after lunch It makes iron absorption easy and prevents hair graying caused by iron deficiency.
EXTERNAL TREATMENT
1. Bhringraj Taila (daily or alternate days) Heat the oil a little and rub it into your scalp for 10 minutes. Helps to brighten the hair and fight dryness.
2. Weekly Hair Pack
Mix Amla powder – 2 tsp Brahmi powder – 1 tsp Bhringraj powder – 1 tsp Curd – the right amount to make a paste Leave it on for 30 minutes; rinse with a gentle shampoo.
DIET PLAN
Have: Amla (fresh or juice) daily Coconut water Sesame seeds (til) Almonds, walnuts Cow ghee (1 tsp daily) Green leafy vegetables Moong dal, soups Milk with ½ tsp ghee at night

Junk food Spicy, fried food More than enough tea/coffee Sour food (pickles, vinegar, and citrus in excess) Late-night sleep Stress
