Hello I totally get how annoying and stressful it is to deal with nosebleeds and vaginal itching after eating certain foods. It’s even more confusing when it keeps happening for months and all the tests come back normal. But don’t worry we are here to help you out😊
YOUR CONCERN – Nosebleeds after eating hot foods (like dates, ginger, spinach). – Vaginal itching without any infection. – Dry skin. – Worse during winter. – Going on for over 6 months. – Yeast infection test came back negative. WHAT AYURVEDA SAYS This sounds like a typical case of: Pitta and Vata messing with your blood. – Hot foods fire up your Pitta. – Winter makes things dry with Vata. – Together, they cause: Weak blood vessels in your nose which leads to bleeding Dry, irritated vaginal area which causes itching. Dry skin. Burning feeling and sensitivity to heat. So, it’s not an infection, but internal heat mixed with dryness. AYURVEDIC PLAN TO FEEL BETTER We got to bring down the heat and add some moisture and soothing. To stop nosebleeds & itching 1. Praval Pishti 125 mg, twice a day with honey or water. 2 Kamdugdha Ras (Moti yukta) 1 tablet, twice a day after you eat. To cool down blood and tissues: 3 **Guduchi Satva: 500 mg, twice a day. For dryness and vaginal care: 4 Shatavari kalpa ½ teaspoon before bed with warm milk. EXTERNAL CARE - To help with vaginal itching: At night, apply soubhagya vardini taila Only use this on the outside. DIET PLAN ✅INCLUDE – Coconut water – Buttermilk – Pomegranate – Rice, milk – Cucumber, bottle gourd ❌AVOID – Dates – Ginger – Chillies – Fermented stuff – Coffee – Fried foods This isn’t a disease. It’s just Pitta and Vata being out of balance, and Ayurveda is great at fixing that. Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
