— sprinkle water ( trifla decoction) twice daily
---- intake 1 tsf mahatikt ghrit twice daily after meal
----1 drop of drishti eye drops thrice daily in both eyes
— eAt healthy diet
— 5-10 min rest to eye after 1 hr continuous screening or another work

Hey, how old are you?
This can be due to vision disturbances, worsening pre existing vision conditions or ambylopic changes. Consult an ophthalmologist to do a vision test and do take their advise to correct the vision issues.
From an ayurvedic perspective for better results you can use triphala kashaya as eye wash every day and saptamruta louha 1tab at night. Also perform eye excercise.
Take jeevanthyadi ghrta 1tsp every morning. Mix it with hinguashtak choorna if you feel any appetite reduction. It will prevent your vision loss from worsening and help gradually normalise your vision
