Neem, manjistha, turmeric aur aloe vera useful hote hain Morning Neem based face wash use kare Khadirarishta 15 ml + equal water after lunch and dinner 1 capsule Gandhak Rasayan after lunch and dinner Night Face wash karke Aloe vera gel lagaye Week me 2 times Multani mitti + rose water face pack Diet: Fried food, cold drinks, excess sugar, dairy aur spicy food kam kare. Daily 2.5–3 litre water piyen. Pimples ko touch mat kare.

Neem based face wash should be used Use Multani mitti + rose water face pack* 2 times/ week Dos eat more vitamin c and citrus fruits and healthy vegetables Eat seeds and nuts 3-4 litre water intake is must A simple physical workout of 1/2 hour should be done Donts ❌ Avoid fried spicy oily food Avoid sugary drinks and refined sugar Avoid excessive salt intake Avoid touching affected skin
